2017 is the 25th and final year of Thomas Wooden Railway. This year, ahead of the line's complete overhaul, many of the engines got a redesigned smaller face, slightly redesigned details, and larger packaging. Tender engines also received shorter chassis for their tenders. Toward the end of the year, the full range was redesigned and became Thomas Wood.
