Colin the Crane is a crane who works at the Wharf. He comes with an orange Cargo Car with a yellow cargo piece. Turning the knob on Colin's side raises and lowers his crane arm.

- Colin himself is made primarily of plastic, though the base he rests on is made of wood.
- In the book Come Celebrate, Friend!, Colin appears in the first illustration lifting celebration supplies onto James's truck.
- On the back of the 2010-2011 box, the A Day at the Wharf Set is advertised as another item to collect, despite Colin already being available in said set.
