The Barrel Loader is a destination which can deposit barrels in a waiting car by pushing down on a lever. It includes a blue Barrel Car, three barrels, and an 6" Straight Track piece which was first released in Clickity-Clack Track, then in Traction Rail in 2002. The Barrel Loader is labeled as "Arlesdale Barrel Co".

  • The Barrel Loader is one of the few destinations entirely comprised of wood, with no plastic elements.
  • The 1997 prototype Barrel Loader features a sharper-angled roof, smaller decals on the sides, a more square base, and sticker decals on the roof and molasses barrel.
  • Stock pictures of the 2001 Barrel Loader do not have any text on the oil barrel.
  • Roy Wilson's signature can be found on the back side of the Barrel Loader.
