The Early Engineers Line is a range related to the Thomas Wooden Railway produced by Learning Curve from 2010 to 2011. It was designed for children in the 1.5-3 year old range. The range features larger, chunky engines with four wheels and sets using a track tile system with simpler destinations for smaller hands. It is mostly backwards compatible with most Thomas Wooden Railway products.

- The line was designed by Michael DiBartolo.
- Concept artwork featured a drastically different rendition of the vehicle design. Designs for unproduced variations of the Water Tower, Coal Loader, and Cranky the Crane were also featured.
- The Early Engineers Line was not featured in the 2011 Yearbook.
