Thomas and PBS Cargo Car is a promotional value pack. It includes Thomas, a black Cargo Car and a cargo piece with PBS Kids' mascots, Dot and Dash, on the side. It was bundled with a piece of 8" Straight Track with the text "On the Track to Success" on the road side. They were given out at a PBS conference.
