Thomas' Castle Delivery (also known as Thomas King of the Railway) is a value pack based on the movie King of the Railway. It includes Thomas with Ulfstead Castle banners on his cab, and a purple Animal Car with two suits of knights' armor.

- The first prototype features a 2011 Thomas wearing a crest and a crown and a magenta animal car.
- The second prototype features Thomas wearing a crest instead of a banner.
- The Animal Car with the knights does not fit under low bridges or tunnels.
