- One of the prototype versions of Rusty with Construction Cars feature a smaller gravel cargo piece that is also a darker shade and Rusty with thin wheels. The cement mixer is also spun the other way around.
- Internationally, this product was sold as Rusty with Construction Trucks.
- Rusty with Construction Cars is not featured in the 2009 yearbook.
