The 5-Car Value Pack (originally known as Thomas 5-Car Train Pack, and also known as Thomas 5-Car Value Pack and Thomas Five Car Pack) is a value pack. It includes a "Hard at Work" Thomas, Troublesome Truck, Barrel Car, Tidmouth Milk Tanker, and a Sodor Line Caboose. The "Hard at Work" Thomas was replaced with a generic Thomas in 2002.

Trivia
- The "Hard at Work" Thomas was previously available with a wooden funnel in the Thomas and Bertie's Great Race Character Story Pack.
- The Thomas 5-Car Train Pack is not featured in the 1999 or 2000 pamphlets or the 1999 yearbook, but is featured in the 2000 yearbook.
- The 1997 Barrel Loader is shown on the back of the 2002 box despite it being redesigned in both 2001 and 2002. The Sodor Dairy Farm is also connected to track on the back of said box despite it being changed to a roadway destination that year.
